EDIT FUNCTION
There was an error in the EDIT function for members. If you were to edit an existing student with an amount under BOOK in the Tuition and Fees, that amount would move to UNIFORM. This function has been corrected.

CREDIT/CLOCK CALCULATIONS
THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE CREDIT/CLOCK CALCULATIONS. THE PROGRAM DID NOT CONSIDER THE FSEOG AND THE SMART GRANT IN THE AMOUNT AN INSTITUTION IS SUPPOSE TO RETURN. HOWEVER, THIS AFFECTS THE CALCULATION ONLY WHEN THE AMOUNT TO RETURN IS GREATER THAN THE TOTAL OF OTHER TITLE IV FUNDS. MAINLY, STUDENTS WHO ONLY RECEIVED THE SMART GRAND AND/OR FSEOG FUNDS.

CREDIT HOUR WORKSHEET
STEP 7 HAD AN INCORRECT MATHIMATICAL SIGN. EVEN THOUGHT THE PROGRAM DID THE CORRECT SUBTRACTION, THE WORKSHET HAD A MULTIPLICATION SIGN INSTEAD OF A MINUS SIGN.
